  • 125 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon anchovy fillet (s), mashed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the butter in a bowl and let it stand at room temperature, then whip until frothy.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix evenly.
  3. Put the butter mixture on a foil and shape into a roll. Place the roll in the refrigerator compartment for 2 hours.
