Ingredients
- 250 g pasta, (possibly more leftovers from the day before)
- 2 onions)
- 2 cans tomato (s), (pizza tomatoes)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 g minced meat, (mixed)
- 200 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 ml cream
- some garlic granules
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- some herbs, ital.
- possibly basil
- possibly oregano
- some chilli oil, for frying

- Boil the pasta, drain.
- Finely dice onions and garlic and sauté in chili oil. Add the minced meat, fry until crumbly and season.
- Now deglaze the minced meat with the tomatoes, stir in the cream and sour cream and season to taste.
- Put 2/3 of the pasta in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the minced meat mixture over it, cover with the remaining pasta.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake hot air at 200 ° for about 30 minutes and serve with a salad.
