  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • 2 onions)
  • 600 g processed cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 3 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni al dente. Dice the onions and fry them together with the minced meat until they are crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes (with the liquid from the tin) to the meat and cut into small pieces. You can also use a mashed potato to ensure that the pieces are not so large afterwards. Season the tomato minced mass with curry and paprika. Now let the slices gradually melt in the mass, then season again to taste. Put the pasta in a greased baking dish, pour the minced cheese mixture over it and mix a little. Pour the whipped cream with the eggs on top. Bake the casserole at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
