Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, e.., Penne
  • 500 g minced meat your choice
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 can corn (330 g)
  • 500 g tomatoes, passed
  • 200 g mozzarella, rated
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian (TK)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta to the required level according to the instructions on the package and place in a sufficiently large baking dish.
  2. For the sauce, cut into the spring onions lengthways and then cut into thin rings. Quarter the carrots and cut into thin slices. Drain the corn.
  3. Fry the minced meat together with the tomato paste until crumbly. Then add the vegetables, fold in and sweat briefly. Then add the tomatoes, stir in and let the whole thing simmer with the lid on until the carrots are done (depending on the desired consistency, they will cook a little later in the oven). Season the sauce with salt, pepper and herbs, pour over the pasta and fold in a little. Sprinkle everything with the mozzarella and bake in the oven at 200 ° C until the cheese is nice and brown.
