First peel the kohlrabi and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then cook these kohlrabi pieces in salted water for about 10-15 minutes. Boil the eggs hard, let them cool down and dice them. Drain the peas or pour boiling water over frozen peas and let stand for 10 minutes. Chop the gherkins, poultry meat and onions into small pieces.
Mix the kohlrabi, egg cubes, gherkins, poultry meat, onions and peas together.
Prepare a salad dressing from mayonnaise, mustard and cucumber water and season with salt, pepper, vegetable stock powder (I make it myself, but you can also use ready-made) and curry powder, then add to the salad ingredients and mix well. Let the salad soak in the fridge for a few hours!
