Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • some oil
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 cup cream or sour cream
  • 250 g smoked tofu
  • 1 small Can / s peas and carrots
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, fresh at will

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion and peppers into cubes. Sweat both in a little oil in a pan, deglaze with vegetable stock. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the cream and diced tofu and simmer until the peppers are soft and the sauce has thickened a little. Just before the end, heat the peas and carrots. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped herbs if necessary and serve with rice.
