  • 60 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 220 ml milk
  • 4 apples
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix the first five ingredients together in a bowl. Then beat the butter with eggs and milk until frothy and add the flour mixture. Gently stir in the apples.
  3. Put the dough in greased muffin molds and bake at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon, sprinkle over the hot muffins and bake the muffins for another 10-20 minutes.
