Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 300 ml milk, cold
- 8 tablespoon juice (carrot juice)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- Peel and quarter the apple and remove the core. Cut the quarters into small wedges and set aside 2 wedges for garnish. Puree the rest of the apple wedges together with the milk in a blender. Add the carrot juice and maple syrup and puree the whole thing again.
- Pour the apple and carrot milk into two tall glasses and serve decorated with the apple wedges.
