Ingredients
- 400 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 stalks celery
- 4 apples
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 4 tablespoon water, lukewarm
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- possibly herbs

- Wash and clean the celery and cut into small cubes. Core and coarsely grate the apples, mix with the lemon juice.
- Stir the curry powder in the warm water until smooth and add it to the quark. Add celery cubes and grated apple and mix everything together.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
- Depending on your taste, fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, can be added.
- Whole grain bread or jacket potatoes also go well with this.
