Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sweetener
  • 100 ml water
  • 5 apples, grated or diced very small
  • 2 cup / s corn flakes
  • 1 handful raisins
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 handful oatmeal
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 175 ° C.
  2. First put the flour, the grated apples, a handful of oat flakes, the corn flakes, the baking powder and the raisins in a mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients together well. Gradually add the water to the mixture and knead well. Now add the sweetener and a little cinnamon to the kneaded dough. Knead the dough well again. Put the finished mass in a greased bread pan.
  3. Put in the oven and bake for 75 minutes.
  4. Then let the bread cool down and take it out of the mold.
