Meringue with Corn Flakes

Cornflake meringue is a great treat that won’t take much of your time to prepare, but the result will undoubtedly please. Meringues are sweet, crunchy, and almost weightless.
Ingredients
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Corn flakes – 120 g
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Powdered sugar – 80 g
- Vanillin – 1 pinch
Directions
- To make a cornflake meringue, you need a minimum set of foods.
- We carefully separate the whites from the yolks. You only need proteins.
- We send the proteins into a dry deep bowl, add a pinch of salt. Beat egg whites with a mixer on high speed until soft peaks, about 3 minutes.
- Continuing to beat, add the powdered sugar in portions. Pour in vanillin.
- Whisk until firm, white, about 5 minutes.
- Add cornflakes to the whipped egg whites.
- Mix it.
- We turn on the oven to heat up to 150 degrees.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
Using two spoons, spread the protein mass on a baking sheet.
- We send the baking sheet to the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. It is advisable to use convection mode.
- Serve ready-made meringue with cornflakes for tea or coffee.
