  • 250 g quark
  • 200 ml cream, milk or buttermilk
  • 250 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 dash vegetable oil
  • 2 apples (Boskop)
  • Maple syrup or cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the other ingredients (excluding the apples) together. Peel the apples, cut into thin slices and fold in with the beaten egg white. No sugar is used in the dough, as the pancakes are eaten with maple syrup or cinnamon sugar.
  2. Baking three pancakes in one pan at the same time makes them easier to turn.
