Curd Pancakes with Kefir

Prepare delicious and tender curd pancakes with kefir for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 4 tablespoons
  • Kefir or yogurt – 100 ml
  • Thick homemade sour cream or heavy homemade cream – 3 tablespoon.
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Release the chicken egg into the bowl. Beat lightly with a fork. Pour in cottage cheese. Add kefir. Pour in the sifted flour. Add sour cream or homemade heavy cream. Add sugar. Bring everything to homogeneity with a blender or thoroughly knead and beat with a fork.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat well. Form the cottage cheese pancakes, spreading 1 tablespoon in a pan. test. Fry cottage cheese pancakes on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. You can serve cottage cheese pancakes by themselves or with sour cream or jam.
