Potato Pancakes with Kefir

We cook excellent and mouth-watering potato pancakes on kefir – delicious, satisfying and beautiful! Pancakes are sure to please both children and adults. The recipe is simple and without problems. Be sure to try it!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 120 Grams
  • Onion – 80 Grams
  • Kefir – 1 Glass
  • Wheat flour – 4 tbsp
  • Chicken eggs – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste
  • Paprika – To taste
  • Dry Garlic – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Peel and rinse potatoes, grate on a fine grater. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, add to the potatoes.
  3. Add kefir, beat the chicken egg into a bowl of potatoes.
  4. Add salt, pepper, paprika and dry garlic.
  5. Mix all ingredients well.
  6. Heat the pan, grease with oil. Spoon the dough out with a tablespoon. Fry the pancakes on both sides for a few minutes. Serve the prepared pancakes to the table.
