Ingredients

  • 500 g apples
  • 500 g pear (s)
  • 500 g peach (s)
  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 4 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 500 ml vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 300 g suar
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 2 red pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel or clean apples, pears, peaches, onions, peppers and garlic and cut into small cubes.
  2. Put the vinegar, sugar, curry powder and salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then stir in all the diced ingredients and cook on medium heat for about an hour. If necessary, puree the whole thing with a hand blender until it has the desired consistency.
  3. Finally, if necessary, season with additional spices and fill hot into prepared glasses.
  4. Is great with meat, fish and vegetables or just as a spread for fresh bread.
