Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g mararine
  • 200 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ½ kg apples
  • 3 tablespoon almond (s), flakes
  • Fat, for the tin

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, eggs and margarine until smooth and wrap in foil and leave to rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  2. Divide the marzipan mixture into small cubes and stir together with the sour cream. Then stir in the eggs and sugar.
  3. Roll out the dough on the greased juice pan and pull up a little at the edge. Spread the apple wedges on top, pour the glaze evenly over it and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes. This goes well with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
