- 125 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons amaretto or rum or liqueur
- Icing sugar and cinnamon for dusting
- 1 kg apples, peeled and sliced

- Mix butter, sugar and eggs until foamy, then add the rest.
- If the dough is hard to fall off the spoon, then it`s right.
- If you - only - use rum flavoring, add 2 teaspoons of milk so that the dough does not get too dry.
