Ingredients

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons amaretto or rum or liqueur
  • Icing sugar and cinnamon for dusting
  • 1 kg apples, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, sugar and eggs until foamy, then add the rest.
  2. If the dough is hard to fall off the spoon, then it`s right.
  3. If you - only - use rum flavoring, add 2 teaspoons of milk so that the dough does not get too dry.
  4. Press apples lightly into the batter.
  5. Insert the 2nd level into the oven from below, top and bottom heat: Bake for 60 minutes at 160-170 degrees C °.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar + cinnamon or a whole milk glaze around it and decorate with cream.
