Ingredients

  • 6 apples, approx. 750 g
  • 4 tablespoon oil, neutral or nut oil
  • 10 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 packet custard powder
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 100 ml egg liqueur or other cream liqueur to taste
  • 50 ml milk
  • some butter-vanilla flavor
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Made delicious and super fast in a 26-round baking pan!
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy! A little longer! Add the oil, milk and egg liqueur!
  3. Mix the baking powder with the flour, cornstarch and pudding powder, add a pinch of salt and stir in a spoonful! Stir it up nicely!
  4. Grease or spray the mold and fill the bottom with part of the liquid dough!
  5. Put the peeled and sliced apples drizzled with lemon juice on the dough! TIP: hollow out the peeled apples with the apple core cutter and slice them into very thin slices with the cucumber slicer, this gives an applesauce effect after baking!
  6. Pour the rest of the dough onto the apples and place in the oven preheated to 175 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes. Chopstick sample!
