Ingredients
- 500 g pumpkin (se), juicy, (type yellow or red hundredweiht)
- 500 g apples, ripe, juicy
- 1 lemon (s), unsprayed
- 1 shot calvados
- 1 kg preserving sugar
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- Peel the pumpkin and apples and cut into very small pieces, bring to a boil in a high saucepan with lemon juice and preserving sugar. Simmer for four minutes, add the cinnamon and calvados. Remove from heat and immediately pour into screw-top jars that have been rinsed with hot water. Turn it upside down until it cools.
