Ingredients
- 750 g apples, sour
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 500 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
- 1 pck. Custard powder, vanilla (for boiling, for /2 l milk)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- cinnamon

- Wash, peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut the pulp into small pieces and immediately drizzle with lemon juice. Remove 6 tablespoons of the apple juice and stir together with the custard powder and sugar until smooth. Bring the remaining apple juice to the boil and cover the apple pieces and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Stir in the mixed pudding powder, bring to the boil and continue to cook for approx. 1 min. Fill the grits into dessert bowls and let them cool down. In addition: vanilla sauce
