Apple Waffles PP

Recipes for proper nutrition have firmly entered our life, these dishes are very tasty. PP apple waffles are prepared using a waffle iron or a sandwich maker, and the recipe itself is very easy and affordable.

Ingredients

  • Butter – 150 Grams
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Sugar – 150 Grams
  • Vanillin – To taste
  • Flour – 250 Grams
  • Baking powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Low-fat yogurt – 100 grams
  • Apples – 2 Pieces
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. First, you need to melt butter over low heat. Don’t boil it! Then, in a separate bowl, beat the eggs with salt and sugar.
  2. Without stopping whisking, pour in the melted butter in a thin stream. Try to make sure that the grains that are in the bowl of butter remain at the bottom of the bowl.
  3. Now add low-fat yogurt and vanillin. Continue whisking with a mixer or hand whisk (whichever suits you best).
  4. Add baking soda and continue whisking. Add vanillin to taste.
  5. At the very end, add flour and grated peeled apples (choose sweet and sour varieties).
  6. The dough turns out to be quite rare, but it should be so. In consistency, it resembles thick sour cream. Grease the waffle iron plates with vegetable oil, lay out some of the dough. Press down on the boards and bake the waffles in the usual way until golden brown.
  7. Waffles are baked quickly. If you don’t have waffle makers, you can try baking this dough pancakes in a regular skillet.
  8. Warm waffles can be served with any additives. For example, with maple syrup or jam.
  9. Or with sour cream and condensed milk.
  10. Or just with powdered sugar.
