PP Brownie

Brownie is a chocolate brownie that has a characteristic brown color, hence the name. I propose a Brownie recipe for proper nutrition, a piece of such a delicacy will definitely not hurt your figure.

Ingredients
- Banana – 1 Piece (medium size)
- Milk – 3 tbsp
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- Cocoa Powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoons
- Fructose – 2 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil – 2-3 drops (to grease the mold before baking)
Directions
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Pour milk into a deep bowl, cut a banana.
- Use a hand blender to whip through the banana milk.
- Add fructose, stir.
- Combine rice flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
- Pour dry mixture into a bowl.
- Beat in 1 egg, stir so that there are no lumps.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, pour in the dough.
- Bake in the microwave for 4-5 minutes using 800W, being careful not to overdry.
- Transfer the Brownie to a plate, sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve dessert.
