- 75 grams sugar
- 175 ml milk
- 150 ml cream
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon (s)
- Oil for the waffle iron

- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and set aside.
- Mix eggs, milk, cream and sugar until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder and oil and stir to form a smooth batter. Finally stir in the apple cubes.
- Preheat the waffle iron and brush with oil. Now fill in a ladle full of batter and bake golden yellow waffles one after the other.
