Ingredients

300 ml applesauce
200 g cream cheese, rainy (cottae cheese)
250 ml whipped cream (whipped cream)
50 g powdered suar
Liqueur (chocolate or cherry)
10 ladyfingers, cut into small pieces

Instructions

Beat the whipped cream until stiff, set some aside for decoration, carefully mix the rest with the icing sugar, cottage cheese and applesauce. Alternately fill dessert glasses with the ladyfingers and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Before serving, pour 2 tablespoons of liqueur onto the cream and garnish with a whipped top.
