First you take 500 ml of cold milk and put it into a tall, narrow mixing beaker. Then you add the cream powder. It is stirred briefly at the lowest level and then stirred for about 1 minute at the highest level until creamy. Then you add the low-fat quark and, if necessary, sugar or vanilla sugar.
