  • 6 apples (Boskoop)
  • some water
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon amaretto
  • 1 small tunnel

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Stew with the water and sugar until soft. Puree with the magic wand and finally add the amaretto.
  2. Cut the stollen into small pieces and alternately fill glasses with the applesauce.
