Apricot Smoothie with Orange and Ice Cream

Orange smoothie made from fresh apricots with ice cream, honey, and orange juice is a bright and delicious thick drink and light summer dessert all rolled into one. This smoothie will instantly satisfy your hunger and saturate the body with vitamins!

Ingredients

  • Apricots – 4 pcs. (120 g)
  • Ice cream – 60 g
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Orange (for juice) – 1/2 pc. (60 ml juice)
  • Honey – 2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. I use ice cream. Milk, like apricots and oranges, should be kept in the refrigerator beforehand.
  2. Squeeze the juice out of the orange half. We need 60 ml of orange juice.
  3. Wash the apricots, dry them, divide them into halves and remove the seeds. Cut the apricot halves into wedges.
  4. Transfer the apricots to a blender bowl.
  5. Add ice cream.
  6. Then add honey.
  7. Pour in milk.
  8. And also pour in orange juice.
  9. Whisk all ingredients until a smooth, thick drink.
  10. Pour the apricot smoothie into glasses.
  11. Serve the apricot smoothie immediately after cooking. Bon Appetit!
