- 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cup boiling water
- salt

- Fry the onion and garlic in oil. Wash the broccoli, cut into small pieces and add. Add rice and water, season with salt. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes until the rice is cooked through.
