Ingredients
- 150 g noodles (rice noodles), Chinese
- 300 g chicken fillet (s)
- 300 g carrot (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow and red
- 4 spring onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 50 g peanuts
- 100 ml sauce (Asia, sweet - spicy)
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 stems coriander
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 2 minutes, rinse with cold water, drain. Cut the meat, carrots and bell pepper into strips. Cut the spring onions into slices, chop the garlic.
- Heat the oil in a pan or wok. Sear the meat in it, turning it, season with salt and pepper and remove. Put the garlic, peanuts, carrots, paprika and spring onions in the hot fat and fry for 3 minutes while stirring.
- Add the Asian sauce, 4 tablespoons of water and soy sauce to the vegetables and simmer for about 2 minutes. Fold in the pasta and meat and heat while stirring. Chop the coriander and sprinkle on top.
