Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 pack ready mix for Asian noodle snack chicken (noodles and spices)
- 100 g almond sticks
- 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
For the sauce:
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- possibly pineapple

- Cut the cabbage into small pieces, mash the spring onions into rings, Asian noodle snack in your hand and pour over the salad. Roast the almonds and sunflower seeds until golden brown and add to the salad.
- Prepare the sauce (with the pasta spice packet) and pour over the salad. Cover and let steep, the pasta will swell and soften. The salad should taste sweet and sour. Depending on your taste, you can also add pieces of pineapple.
- Tip:
- only half a cup of oil, use some water for it
- Sounds a bit strange, but tastes great!
