Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- Salt water
- 3 bell pepper (s)
- 1 leek
- 1 onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ ring / s meat sausage
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon spice mixture (Chinese spice)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Cook the pasta in salted water. Cut all ingredients into small cubes.
- In a salad bowl, mix the mayonnaise with sugar, salt, pepper, Chinese spices, soy sauce, vinegar, oil and lemon. Add the chopped ingredients and the pasta, stir everything well and let it steep.
