Ingredients
- 150 g pasta (e.. spahetti)
- 100 g pork, cut into small strips
- 100 g veetables, mixed, frozen
- some mu-err mushrooms
- 150 g sauce, sweet and sour (also available in a lass)
- 1 half onion (s), diced
- 1 clove garlic
- some soy sauce
- some oil
- Sambal Oelek
- Tabasco

- Cook the pasta until al dente.
- Meanwhile, fry the pork, onions and crushed garlic clove in a little oil over medium heat. Deglaze with a little soy sauce and add the vegetables and mushrooms. Fry briefly and then add the pasta. Now add the sweet and sour sauce and mix everything thoroughly.
- If you want the dish a little spicier, you can now season with sambal oelek and possibly tabasco.
