Asian Fried Rice

The original Asian-style fried rice will please all your family. Saturated in taste and spicy – it will not leave anyone indifferent.

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Round rice – 150 Grams
  • Zucchini – 100 Grams
  • Tomatoes – 80 Grams
  • Bulb onion – 50 Grams
  • Carrots – 50 Grams
  • Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Soy sauce – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Dice the onion and carrots.
  3. Also, slice the courgettes and tomatoes.
  4. Fry the carrots and onions in a skillet with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add tomatoes and zucchini to the skillet.
  6. Simmer vegetables for 5 minutes, add spices to taste and squeeze out the garlic.
  7. Boil the rice until half cooked for 7-8 minutes, drain the water.
  8. Place the rice in the vegetable skillet.
  9. Toss the eggs and soy sauce together to make the sauce for the dish.
  10. Pour the egg sauce over the rice and stir.
  11. Stir the rice and fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Done!
  12. Serve immediately.
