For the first time I tried fried rice with chicken in an oriental restaurant. I liked the dish immediately. I wrote down all the ingredients and tried to reproduce the chicken fried rice in my kitchen. Happened!

Chicken Fried Rice Ingredients

  • Rice – 1 Glass
  • Chicken fillet – 300 Grams
  • Onions – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Carrots – 1 Piece (Small.)
  • Green peas – 100 Grams (Can be frozen.)
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Soy sauce – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste

Chicken Fried Rice Instructions

  1. Cook the rice. Set aside.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces of equal size.

  3. Fry pieces of chicken fillet on all sides in vegetable oil.
  4. Chop the onions and garlic finely.
  5. Cut the carrots into small cubes. Mix with green peas and add garlic and onion. stir the vegetables.
  6. First, fry the vegetables a little in a skillet. Until soft. Then distribute them in a ring shape along the sides of the pan.
  7. Whisk the eggs in a cup, then pour them into the middle of the ring.
  8. When the omelet is slightly cooked, stir in the vegetables with the egg and add the rice.
  9. Add the sautéed chicken, then the soy sauce and stir.

  10. Fry everything together until the rice starts to brown. And now, your chicken fried rice is ready.
