Ingredients
- 100 g lass noodles
- 500 g turkey breast
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ glass bamboo shoot (s)
- 0.5 ½ glass sprouts (mung bean seedlings)
- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- Spice Mix (Asian)
- soy sauce

- Cut the meat into small pieces with the asiat. Season the seasoning mixture and fry in a wok.
