Ingredients

  • 200 ml cream

  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus, cut away the woody ends, peel and cut into 1 cm thick slices and sauté in 1 tablespoon margarine. Finely dice the onion and add to the steamed asparagus, as well as the diced ham. Then add the water, cream and add the broth and pepper to taste.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and grease an ovenproof casserole dish (20cmx20cm) with the rest of the margarine and lay out a layer with the lasagne sheets and pour the sauce on top, alternating the lasagne sheets and the ham and cream sauce. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Turn the oven back to 170 ° C and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. A good lettuce or iceberg lettuce goes well with it.
