Ingredients

  • 1 kg asparagus (st choice)
  • 450 ml cream
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • some butter
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the peeled asparagus in a large, flat saucepan. Pour the cream on top. Add sugar, salt, pepper and butter. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes if desired. This way you keep all the important nutrients in the cream sauce that are lost in the water.
  2. In addition, new potatoes and a 1 cm thick slice of cooked butcher`s ham taste very good.
