Ingredients

  • 300 g potato (s)
  • 500g flour
  • 7 g bakin powder
  • 260 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 50 ml cream, (cream)

For the filling:

  • 200 g poppy seeds, round
  • 120 g suar
  • 100 g butter, melt
  • 30 g raisins
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), grated zest
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and strain the potatoes, then add the flour mixed with baking powder, softened butter, eggs, salt and cream and prepare a kneading dough and shape it into a roll.
  2. Mix all ingredients well for the filling, then form 15 small dumplings out of them.
  3. Cut the dough into 15 equal parts and flatten them on a floured work surface, put a piece of poppy seed dumpling on each and close the dough well all around and then press flat (should be about 2 cm thick), place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and in Bake the preheated oven at 180 ° hot air for about 20 minutes, then turn and bake for another 10 minutes.
