Ingredients

  • 250 g butter or mararine
  • 120 g powdered suar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g almonds, chopped
  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Mix room-warm butter, egg yolks and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add the flour and the chopped almonds and use the dough hook of the mixer to work them into a smooth dough. Then knead a little with your hands.
  2. Shape the dough into small hedgehogs in portions with a teaspoon and place on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes and allow to cool.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. Dip the broad side of the hedgehog in the chocolate and decorate with chocolate sprinkles. Finally, paint the chocolate eyes and nose with a wooden stick.
