Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 50 g avocado (s)
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 egg (s)

For the filling:

  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 60 g natural yourt
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g bacon
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Lemon juice
  • Chilli powder
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough and refrigerate for half an hour. The avocado gives the dough a funny greenish color. If that bothers you, you can replace it with butter.
  3. Filling:
  4. Mash the avocado with a fork and stir in the horseradish with the yogurt. Whisk the eggs, season with paprika, nutmeg, some chilli, salt and pepper and add. Briefly fry the bacon together with the onion in a pan and add. Mix everything well and round off with a splash of lemon juice.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
  6. Shape the dough into 12 balls of the same size and roll them out flat with a rolling pin. Line the muffin or soufflé molds with it, fill with the avocado mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes. Put the last 5 minutes on the fan for a fine crust.
