Tartlets with Pink Salmon, Mint and Avocado Salad

This recipe describes the process of making cottage cheese dough baskets, which makes them lighter and healthier than dough baskets with lots of butter. A salad with avocado, salted pink salmon and mint is used as a filler.

Ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 250 g
  • Salt – a pinch
  • For the salad:
  • Salted pink salmon – 70 g
  • Avocado – 1/4 pc.
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Fresh mint – 2-3 sprigs
  • Lettuce leaves – 3-4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.

Directions

  1. Put the curd mass and butter in a bowl. Pour in the sifted flour.
  2. We mix all the ingredients until they turn into crumbs. We introduce the egg.
  3. We make the blank for the tartlets uniform.
  4. Pinch off the dough in small pieces. Stretch and lay out in molds, trying to make it as thin as possible.
  5. We send the curd tartlets to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We are waiting for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Prepare the filler: put chopped avocado and fresh cucumber in a bowl.
  7. Add pieces of mint leaves and pieces of pink salmon.
  8. Shred lettuce leaves, add to a bowl.
  9. Add oil, mix all the components of the salad.
  10. Fill the tartlets with the prepared salad. We serve salad in tartlets on the festive table.
