Spicy Pink Salmon

A very tasty and quick way of salting pink salmon.

Ingredients

  • Pink salmon – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Black peppercorns – 3-5 pcs.
    or Coriander – 3-5 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1-1.5 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Take 1-1.5 kg of fresh frozen pink salmon. Rip her skin off (which isn’t hard at all). Separate the fillet from the bones.
  3. Cut across from the ridge into thin slices.
