Rolls With Pink Salmon and Omelet

Rolls with pink salmon, cheese, cucumber and egg have not only original taste, but also very satisfying. In addition, even the most inexperienced chef can easily prepare such rolls.

Ingredients

  • Nori – 1 pc.
  • Salted pink salmon (or salmon, salmon) – 30 g
  • Cucumbers – 30 g
  • Processed cheese “Creamy” – 30 g
  • Sugar – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Rice vinegar – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • For filing:
  • Pickled ginger
  • Wasabi
  • Soy sauce

Directions

  1. We prepare products for rolls with pink salmon, cucumber, melted cream cheese and egg pancake.
  2. How to make rolls with pink salmon and omelette:
    Add soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar to a bowl of raw egg. Beat the egg mass with a fork.
  3. Fry an egg pancake for a few minutes on each side (if your pan does not have a special coating, then grease it a little).
  4. Put half the cheese on the nori.
  5. Put the omelet strips on the cheese.
  6. Then put in long pieces of cucumber and fish.
  7. Cover with a strip of omelet, add the remaining cheese.
  8. We turn nori into a roll.
  9. Cut the rolls with pink salmon and omelet into pieces.
  10. Serve pink salmon rolls with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.
