Lightly Salted Pink Salmon

I propose to cook slightly salted pink salmon. The process of its preparation is simple and rather quick.

Ingredients

  • Pink salmon – 1 pc.
  • Salt – for 1 kg of pink salmon 3 tablespoon.
  • Sugar – for 1 kg of pink salmon 1 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Defrost pink salmon in a natural way, peel the skin with a scraper, separate the fillet from the ridge, try to get all the bones and rinse it under running cold water.
  2. Mix salt and sugar.
  3. Sprinkle the bottom of the container in which the fish will be salted with a salt mixture.
  4. Place one fish fillet in it and sprinkle with salt mixture.
  5. Add the second fillet, which also brush with the salt mixture. Since pink salmon is a little dry, fill it with vegetable oil.
  6. Close the container with a lid and leave the fish to salt for 3 hours. Then rinse it off by rinsing off excess salt and start setting the table.
