Pink Salmon Delicious

Pink salmon according to this recipe is salted with whole fillet pieces.
Ingredients
- Fillet of pink salmon – 1 kg
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 3 tbsp
- Dill – 0.25 bunch
- Vegetable oil – 75 ml
For the sauce:
- Hot mustard – 1 tbsp
- Sweet mustard – 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 3% – 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml
Directions
- Prepare food.
- Cut the fish into skinless fillets.
- Put the whole fillet in a suitable form (so that there is a minimum of space)
- Grease the fillets liberally with sunflower or olive oil.
- Chop the greens.
- Mix sugar, salt and dill.
- Cover the fillet with this mixture.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 days.
- For the sauce, combine mustard, vinegar, oil and dill.
- Before serving, cut the fillets into thin slices and serve with the sauce.
