Pink Salmon Baked in the Oven

Oven-baked pink salmon is easy to cook, but the result is delicious, juicy, and tender! Try to cook! 🙂

Ingredients

  • Pink salmon – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100-150 g
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (or to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Seasonings to taste

Directions

  1. We separate the fish from the ridge and take out all the bones from it. We cut each half into equal parts. (I got 6 pieces due to the fact that I removed the tail part for soup. If you take a whole fish, then, naturally, the output will be a little more.)
  2. We put the fish in a heat-resistant form or baking sheet; you do not need to grease the form with oil. At this time, you can put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Salt and pepper the fish, add seasonings (I have Provencal herbs). Cut the tomatoes into slices. Grate the cheese.
  3. Cooking a sour cream sauce, for this, we simply squeeze the garlic into the sour cream and stir well.
  4. We return to the fish, which we grease soundly with sour cream sauce, lay on top slices of tomatoes, which we also grease with sauce. Add a little water to the dish with the dish, literally half a glass.
  5. It’s the cheese’s turn. We fill the dish with them on top. Cover the form with foil and put the pink salmon in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Pink salmon baked with tomatoes and cheese is ready.
