- 4 salmon steak (s), fresh
- 250 g crabs or prawns
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch dill
- 2 tablespoon butter (crab butter / crab paste)
- salt and pepper

- Salt and pepper the salmon steaks and place in a baking dish. Mix the cream with the sour cream, the crab paste, the crabs / prawns and the chopped dill, pour over the whole thing. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Rice tastes good with it, mixed with peas if you like.
