Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillet (s), approx. 700 g
  • 60 g butter, melt
  • 3 tablespoon mustard, Dijon
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 40 g breadcrumbs
  • 40 g nuts, (pecans), chopped
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, smooth, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon (s), sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, stir together butter, mustard and honey and set aside.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, pecans and parsley as well. Season the fillets with salt and pepper, brush with Dijon and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Serve with potatoes and lemon.
