Ingredients

  • 300 g salmon fillet (s)
  • 30 g flaked almonds
  • 70 ml cream, or Cremefine
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 80 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • some pepper
  • some paprika, hot as rose
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon skin down in a greased baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the flaked almonds in a little oil and spread on the salmon.
  3. Clean the mushrooms and the onion and cut into small cubes. Mash the feta cheese with a fork. Mix the feta cheese, mushrooms and the onion with the cream and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  4. Cook in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30 minutes until the cheese is nice and brown.
  5. A simple green leaf salad tastes wonderful with it.
