Finnish Baked Salmon Ingredients

  • Salmon (salmon) – 600 g
  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Cream – 200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley and dill to taste
  • Butter – 50 g

  1. Cut the salmon in half, remove the ridge and remove the skin. Cut into thin slices (up to 1 cm thick). Salt. Cut 2/3 of the whole potato into thin slices. Cut the onion into thin rings. Beat eggs with cream.
  2. Place in a heat-resistant dish in layers: potatoes, onions, salmon, onions, etc. – but so that the top layer is potatoes.
